COMMISSIONS:
I have a very firm protocol for commissions that all inquirers must agree to before I even begin work. This comes due to getting ripped off and scammed way too many times in the past.
Terms of Service (ToS):
I will discuss the availability of materials for the desired product with the inquirer, including color, brand, types, and prices, for free. Sales and coupons are not guaranteed and thus I will not include them in pricing estimates.
Inquirers will be paying for the price of materials as well as for my time to work and shipping. After the final details and the final price have been agreed upon, an invoice will be sent to the inquirer via PayPal upon which a non-refundable 50% down payment is due within 10 days before I even begin. Progress pictures will be sent via email or another form of preferred communication as I work. At this time minor changes may be requested, up to 3 for free per item after which a fee of $2 per change will incur for no more than 8 minor changes. Major changes will incur a fee of up to $15 per major change for up to 2 changes per item. Any further changes will require a new commission contract and new down payment. Upon completion, the final 50% payment plus any fees will be due after which item(s) will be packed and shipped with insurance and tracking. Any and all import fees are responsibility of the inquierer. Failure to pay within 2 weeks of notice of completion without any communication requesting and getting approval for a one-time extention will result in complete forfeit of the commissioned item(s). Please, please contact me if you need an extension. Even if I haven't completed the commission yet, especially for emergencies and situations where the inquirer may not be reliably reached for contact. Natural disasters and States of Emergency in either the inquirer location or my location are an automatic extention by 2 to 4 weeks depending on severity and will be communicated by me if possible. Likewise, any delays on my end will be communicated to the inquirer when applicable such as delays caused by but not limited to illness, emergency, accident, fire/flood, death, societal demonstrations (i.e. strikes, riots, protests), local event/holiday, etc.
Consultations for items needed are free.
Again, sales and coupons are not a guarantee and will not be included in pricing.
I will not accept any Rush or Expedited Orders.
NO EXCEPTIONS!
I also reserved the right to refuse any commission request for any reason that may or may not be disclosed.
Finished products are not to be mass-produced or sold. Gifting is okay.
Any new patterns composed by my hand for commission fulfillment including and not limited to visuals, sketches and drafts done by my hand, electronic files and preparation materials obtained by my hand including digital or physical patterns composed by other artists and requested by the inquirer as the commission in part or in entirety, are mine to keep and reuse as I see fit unless an inquirer claims private or personal copyright or previously purchased a digital or physical pattern with intent for commissioned fulfillment and therefore all pertinant materials and electronic files will remain the property of inquirer and returned where applicable at the completion of the commission. Digital files loaned to me for the duration will be permanently deleted on my end.
Any and all personal information shared with me during the time of inquiry and commission fulfillment will not be shared or sold to third parties at any time during commission fulfillment or time thereafter commission completion. Payment privacy detail (credit and/or debit card specifics and digital wallets where applicable) is handled via PayPal and will not be shared with me.
Given the custom and personal nature of commissions, returns and refunds are not available. Especially for commissions rendered forfeit by nonpayment of final amount owed upon notice of completion and items returned by mail services due to nonpayment of import fees or nonretrieval/considered abandoned mail. Chargebacks submitted against this policy at any point will result in an instant and permanent ban from my shop and my services.
By submitting a down payment the Inquirer agrees to these Terms of Service.
